Admission Rules
Primary
Admission is made only to the extent of seats available in the respective standards. No admission will be made after a laps of two months from the re-opening of the school.
The age for admission to Lower K.G. is
I age group of 3 to 4 years as on 1st January of the respective year of admission.
Admissions to standards II,III and IV will be made only on production of Leaving Certificate from a previous recognized school
(Countersigned by concerned Education Inspector in case of pupils from other state)
Note
1) The pupils from other state shall be subjected to a test and then placed in the standards for which they are found fit.
2) Any query regarding admissions , Kindly meet the office staff in the respective schools.
High School
Admissions will not be given on the strength of the Leaving Certificate from unrecognized schools. Applications for admission from those who have not attended any recognized secondary school or an approved Primary School would be admitted on the basis of an affidavit made by Parent/Guardian before the Magistrate , after the student passes a series of regular written tests in all the subjects and admitted provisionally by the Head of the School to the standard for which the pupil is found fit, subject to the confirmation by the Education Office.
The affidavit should clearly state the reason why the pupil did not join any recognized Secondary School or an approved Primary School, the name of the unrecognised school, the standards attended , the subjects studied and the examinations passed if any. The Leaving Certificate of the unrecognised school as well as the official Birth Certificate shall also be produced
